Flex heels and grab your toes

leg extensions on the floorstart with feet in butterfly, grab the middle of the right footmake sure they keep both hip bones connected to the floor (dont lift hips to get legs higher)
extend to the side. Repeat with left leg
Repeat with both legs in a straddle
Back stretchlay on the floor and press up on your hands
bend your knees back towards your head
BarreDemi plies8 plies in first, rise to releve and balance
8 plies in 2nd, rise to releve and balance
Tendus and rond de jambes4 tendus en croix (front, side, and back)
4 rond de jambes en d’hourre
Repeat with left side
Changement prepFace the barre, 2 fingers on the barre, feet in 3rd positionMake sure they dont push up on the barre
Practing doing changements using the barre
Across the FloorChassesFacing the mirror, tendu to the sideDont let their arms drop/bounce
Chasse across the floor with arms in 2nd
ArabesquesPlace 4 dots across the floor
Walk to each dot and land in 1st, tendu to the back
Can lift leg off the ground once balanced
Posse SauteHands on hips, saute posse across the floor
Focus on turning out the knee in posse
GlissadesFrom 3rd or 5th, keep hands on hips at first
repeat with left side
