Finding the right songs for hip hop dance class can be a challenge, so we’ve curated a clean, high-energy playlist specifically for dancers ages 12 and up. This is my favorite genre of music and I love getting to introduce it to my students, so I really go out of my way to try and find good, clean hip hop to use in my classes and combos.
TIP: Ask your students who their favorite artist is, and try to find some clean songs to add to your class playlist! That extra effort will show them that your care about their interests and will help keep them engaged.
